One refund, per person, for life. If AI Ranking isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid day and we'll refund your most recent payment in full. No exit interview. No hoops.
1. The Promise
You have 7 calendar days from your first-ever paid day inside AI Ranking to decide it's a fit. If it's not, message us and we refund your most recent payment to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
2. Who Is Eligible
You qualify if all of the following are true:
- You are within 7 calendar days of your first-ever paid join date (not your most recent rejoin).
- You have never received a refund from AI Ranking under this policy or any prior version of it.
- You are the original account holder; the email and payment method on file match.
- Your account is in good standing: no community guideline violations, no chargebacks filed, no abusive conduct.
3. One Refund Per Person, For Life
This guarantee is a one-time offer per person, ever.
- Joined, refunded, then rejoined later? You are not eligible for a second refund, regardless of how much time has passed.
- Joined, stayed past 7 days, cancelled, then rejoined? The 7-day window only ever applies to your very first paid join. It does not reset on rejoin.
- "Per person" identity is determined by name, email, payment method, billing address, IP, and device fingerprint, taken together. Creating a new email or using a different card to claim a second refund is fraud and results in a permanent ban.
4. What's Covered
- Your most recent monthly payment to the AI Ranking core Skool community.
5. What's Not Covered
- Any payment older than the most recent one. We do not refund prior months.
- Annual or multi-month plans beyond the most recent billing cycle's prorated value.
- Add-ons, one-off purchases, the Accelerator program, 1:1 coaching, done-for-you services, or any product outside the core community subscription.
- Payment processor fees if your card issuer charges them on the reversal.
- Requests made after the 7-day window has closed. Day 8 onward, no exceptions.
6. Personal Responsibility Clause
The 7-day window is your responsibility to track. AI Ranking is not responsible if:
- You "forgot" to cancel or request a refund inside the 7 days.
- You "didn't get around to using" your subscription, didn't log in, didn't watch the videos, or didn't attend live calls.
- You were "too busy with work, travel, or life" during your first 7 days.
- You "meant to cancel" but the date passed.
- You assumed someone else (assistant, partner, accountability buddy) was tracking it for you.
- You assumed the platform would auto-cancel or auto-refund. It will not.
The value of AI Ranking is in using it. Access is access, whether or not you log in. Non-use is not grounds for a refund outside the 7-day window.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send a Skool DM to Adela (Skool admin) with:
- Subject line: Refund Request
- Email address on your AI Ranking account
- Date you joined
- One-line note (optional)
We respond within 2 business days and process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
8. Loophole Closures
To keep this fair for the members acting in good faith, the following void your refund eligibility and may result in a permanent ban:
- Bulk-download then refund. Mass-downloading modules, recordings, templates, or archives and then requesting a refund. We log download activity.
- Scrape and run. Using scrapers, bots, or automation to extract content. Refund void, account banned, legal options reserved.
- Multiple accounts. Creating a second account under a different name, email, or card to claim a second 7-day refund. Permanent ban across all accounts.
- Chargeback shortcut. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of messaging us first. We will dispute with full evidence (login logs, content access, terms acceptance), and you will be permanently banned regardless of outcome.
- Group buys or shared logins. Splitting a membership across multiple people and then refunding. Access is for a single named individual.
- Refund and re-promote. Joining, copying our frameworks, sales copy, or funnels, refunding, and launching a competing product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where this pattern is evident.
- Trial-hopping via household or team. A spouse, employee, or business partner of someone who has already refunded is not eligible for a second 7-day refund on the same household or business entity.
- After-the-fact disputes. Asking for a refund in month 2, 3, or later because you "didn't use it." The guarantee is 7 days. After that, cancel anytime; past payments are non-refundable.
- Re-joining at a lower price to claim the guarantee. If you have ever paid AI Ranking before, the guarantee does not reset on a new pricing tier, promo, rebrand, or relaunch of the offer.
9. Cancellations vs. Refunds
These are two different things.
- Cancel (in Skool → Settings → Subscription): stops future billing. Does not refund past payments.
- Refund (DM Adela in Skool inside 7 days): returns your most recent payment.
Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund. To get money back you must DM Adela in Skool inside the 7-day window.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version in effect on your first paid day applies to your 7-day window. Updates do not retroactively grant a second refund to anyone who has already used theirs.
